Monthly Management Report

The Board of Directors of your homeowners association will receive a Monthly Management Report, showing the financial activities and status of the Association.  This report assures the accountability of our management team and serves as a resource that allows the Board to be better informed during their decision making. In addition we oversee and report on all ongoing programs.  Included in this report are:

  1. Budget and financial reports
  2. Contract specifications under consideration
  3. Miscellaneous items of business
